Five ordinary people each receive a heart, lungs, kidneys, a liver and corneas from a mysterious organ donor. Soon afterwards, they develop supernatural superpowers and form a reluctant but heroic team – the Hi-Five! But they are not the only ones who have changed. A cult leader who received the donor's pancreas is determined to steal the Hi-Five's superpowers with the goal of becoming all-powerful and immortal. Together, they must use all their strength to confront this threat.
