We Bury the Dead

After a devastating test of a new US military weapon of mass destruction off the coast of Tasmania claimed the lives of half a million people, some of the victims have come back to life. According to the authorities, they pose no danger. Among the volunteers combing the affected area in search of bodies is Ava (Daisy Ridley), whose husband has been missing since the incident. Inside the exclusion zone, however, the rescue team is soon confronted with a gruesome reality: the supposedly harmless undead are not only growing in number but becoming more violent, relentless, and aggressive with every passing hour...
