For an alienated couple, a pleasant evening becomes the final test of their once undying love when the neighbors bring not only an exotic speciality to the aperitif, but also a spicy offer. Their relationship is now as tingly as lukewarm cola: after 20 years, Thomas and Anna's marriage is mainly one thing - a barely concealed disappointment. The fact that the upstairs neighbors are having such wild sex causes additional tension between the two - whether it's due to fatigue or jealousy. There were times when Thomas and Anna could hardly keep their hands off each other. But constant accusations, daily disappointments and the incessant petty war between two people who can no longer really stand each other have buried their supposedly undying love under a mountain of everyday problems and dirty laundry.
